1958 Vintage American Girl Side Part Barbie Doll I AM NOT AN EXPERT PLEASE ASK ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS YOU FEEL ARE IMPORTANT TO KNOW! I am no expert and will describe this doll to the best of my ability. Barbie is dated 1958. C 1958 Mattel Inc. U.S. PATTENTED US PAT PEND MADE IN JAPAN. She has thick hair that was in a ponytail for a very long time. This is why it is hard to tame her hair back down. I will leave that to the new owner. Her hair is thick and appears to have a curl to the ends or did at one time. Her hair plugs on the last 3 rolls have a few that are thinner with less hair? I cannot tell if she was made this way or not. She has original makeup I have not touched anything up. Original nail polish too. No bite marks on feet or hands. Her feet have a tiny split on the right foot. See photos and please ask questions. This doll can hold a sitting position. Her knees click and bend. Her arms move up and down. She has some numbers or letters on the inner part of both arms. Near the armpit. See pics. The back of one leg behind knee area has a small hole. She could use a good cleaning as well.
